Built in Antwerp. Used by real operators.

Most solo operators are stuck between tools built for consumers and platforms built for enterprise. SNicoLabs builds for the gap: vertical, specific, priced for one-person operations.

Why this exists

Solo operators have two options: tools built for consumers (too simple, wrong geography, wrong currency) or platforms built for enterprise (too expensive, too complex, built for teams of twenty). The gap between them is where most small businesses live.

The admin overhead of running a one-person operation is disproportionate. Scheduling, invoicing, client communication, operations tracking — it adds up to hours each week that could go to actual work. Not because the tools don't exist, but because none of them quite fit.

SNicoLabs builds the tools that fit. Vertical-specific, field-tested in real operations, and priced for solo operators — not VC-backed companies optimising for enterprise contracts.

How it's built

Nothing ships at SNicoLabs without the founder or a named pilot using it daily first. Templates are built from real workflows, not productivity theory. Business tools go through a pilot phase with real operators in the target vertical before any public launch.

Products are specific by design. A tool for personal trainers in the Benelux does one job well — it doesn't try to be a tool for all service businesses everywhere. Specificity is how you actually solve the problem.

Development is AI-assisted and solo-executed. This keeps the overhead low and the feedback loop short. It also means the product quality depends entirely on the quality of the thinking behind it — not the size of the team.

SNicoLabs is built at night and on weekends, registered as an eenmanszaak als bijberoep. That structure keeps the overhead honest and the motivation clear: build tools that work, not tools that raise a Series A.
