Terms of Service

1. Parties

These terms govern the relationship between Sherwin Nicolaï, trading as SNicoLabs, eenmanszaak als bijberoep, Antwerp, Belgium ("SNicoLabs", "we") and any individual or business purchasing or using SNicoLabs products ("you").

2. Notion Templates

Notion templates are sold as one-time digital purchases at the price listed on the product page at time of purchase.

• Licence: Personal use, single Notion workspace. You may duplicate the template to your own workspace. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the template with others outside your workspace.
• Not affiliated with Notion: SNicoLabs products are built on Notion but are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Notion Labs, Inc.
• No right of withdrawal: As digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, Notion templates are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (WER). You will be asked to confirm this at checkout.
• Updates: Template updates are provided at SNicoLabs' discretion. Where a specific update is promised on the product page, it will be delivered.

3. SaaS Products

SaaS products (TrainerBook, Hospitality Operations, Real Estate System, Hospitality System) are provided as monthly subscriptions.

• Billing: Subscriptions are charged monthly on the renewal date. You will receive advance notice of your first charge date.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. No refund for partial months already charged.
• Pilot pricing: Customers accepted into a pilot programme at a stated rate have that rate grandfathered for the life of the subscription, provided the subscription is maintained without interruption.
• Setup fees: Where a one-time setup fee applies, this fee is non-refundable once onboarding has taken place.
• Service availability: Products at pilot stage are provided on a best-effort basis. No SLA is guaranteed during the pilot period.

4. Payment

Payment for Notion templates is processed by Lemon Squeezy (Tropical, Inc., United States), who acts as Merchant of Record and collects EU VAT on SNicoLabs' behalf. The price shown at checkout is the final price including applicable VAT.

SNicoLabs does not store or process payment card data. All card handling is performed by Lemon Squeezy under their own PCI-DSS compliance.

5. Limitation of Liability

Products are provided "as-is." SNicoLabs is not liable for any business decisions made based on outputs from its tools. To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, total liability is limited to the amount paid to SNicoLabs in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

All SNicoLabs templates, software, and content remain the intellectual property of Sherwin Nicolaï. Your licence to use them does not transfer ownership.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Antwerp, Belgium.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email where we hold your address. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
