What does the €250 setup fee cover?

Full property configuration, room/unit setup, and a 90-minute onboarding call with Sherwin.

Does it connect to Booking.com or Airbnb?

Channel sync is on the roadmap for Q2 2027. Manual import and direct booking are available at launch.

Is it suitable for Airbnb superhosts with multiple listings?

Yes, for STR operators who take direct bookings. If Airbnb or Booking.com is your primary channel, note that OTA sync arrives Q2 2027 — until then, those reservations are entered manually.

Can I use it for a mix of hotel rooms and short-term rentals?

Yes. Properties and unit types are configured separately during the setup session.
