1. Who we are

SNicoLabs is operated by Sherwin Nicolaï, registered in Belgium as an eenmanszaak als bijberoep (sole proprietorship, secondary occupation). For questions about this policy, contact: hello@snicolabs.com

2. What data we collect

We collect the following personal data:

• Email address — when you join a product waitlist or request a free template
• Name and email address — when you purchase a template (collected by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record; your email is also used to deliver the Notion template link)
• Name, email, and application details — when you apply for a pilot programme
• Contact form submissions — name, email, and message content

We do not collect payment card data directly. We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not run advertising scripts.

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure anonymous, aggregated traffic on this site. These tools are cookieless, do not fingerprint visitors, do not collect personal data, and do not require a consent banner under applicable EU/Belgian data protection guidance. No data is shared with advertising networks.

3. Why we process your data (legal basis)

• Waitlist sign-ups and free template requests: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent, given when you submit the form.
• Template purchases: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract (delivering the product you purchased).
• Pilot applications: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — necessary steps before entering a contract.
• Contact form messages: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent.

4. How long we keep your data

• Waitlist emails: Until the product launches and you are notified, or until you request deletion — maximum 24 months.
• Pilot application data: 12 months from the date of application, unless a service contract is entered into.
• Contact messages: 6 months unless an ongoing relationship develops.

5. Who processes your data

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. (United States). Formspree acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement. Transfers to the US are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses under Article 46 GDPR.

The website is hosted by Vercel, Inc. (United States), also under Standard Contractual Clauses. No personal data is stored in server logs beyond what Vercel's infrastructure retains by default.

Template purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Tropical, Inc., United States), acting as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy processes your name, email address, and payment data to fulfil your order and issue a receipt. Transfers to the US are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.

Post-purchase delivery emails and free template delivery emails are sent via Resend, Inc. (United States). Resend processes your email address solely to deliver the Notion template link. Transfers to the US are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Request restriction of processing
• Data portability
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest

7. Complaints

If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian data protection authority:

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
